Our Pointe training class extend our students from their classical dance technique and prepare them for Pointe work.
Pointe Training covers elementary Pointe technique with emphasis on proper body alignment, usage of plies and strengthening of abdominal muscles and ankles. We will allow our students to progress on Pointe only if they are able to demonstrate certain abilities and strengths. We do this in the best interest of each student’s long-term health and safety.
